  • You can easily book a cleaning by calling us or sending a message. We’ll help you choose the best date and time that works for you.

  • Yes, you can cancel your cleaning as long as you notify us before 5 PM the day prior to your scheduled service.

  • The cost depends on the size of your home, the type of cleaning required, and how often you need the service.

  • We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check.

  • No, you don’t have to be home. We can arrange safe and secure access to your home while you're away.

  • We’re happy to handle most cleaning tasks, but for safety reasons, we do not clean homes with biohazards such as animal waste or insect/rodent infestations.

    We also do not provide:

    • Light bulb wet wiping

    • Floor resurfacing, waxing, or refinishing

    • Moving large furniture

    • Large-scale trash removal

    • Cleaning high areas (we do not bring ladders)

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, we’ll gladly send a cleaner back to fix any issues at no additional cost.
